Our small camp site can accommodate 15 caravans/ campers (max. 7,5m*) and tents.
Säm's Camp Site is ideal for those who enjoy nature and outdoor activities. Here, one can enjoy bbqs and why not use your own freshly caught fish?, light a fire and experience the quietness of the surrounding environment. After a long warm day, why not take a refreshing dip in the lake? What more could one wish for.....

Please contact us! We have only one spot that can accommodate a larger motorhome. We are happy to reserve these for you!
Dogs on a leash are very welcome on our campsite.
Paddling and swimming
Park your caravan adjacent to the lake.
Our campsite lies adjacent to a cosy bathing area.We have facilities for hiring a canoe so you can discover the lake and our beautiful surroundings. The lake has several small islands where you may bbq or enjoy a picnic.
Like fish in water
Säm's lake in the district of Herrljunga is lively with different types of fish, including carp. The local angling club is very active and for the competitive angler there are numerous spots along the lakeside where one can try their luck or why not try fishing from a boat? Daily/weekly fishing permits are available at our camping site.

Our camping cottage (15m2) is a cozy cottage for 4 persons, with simple standard, beautifully situated next to the beach.

To enjoy many of nature's attractions does not always need to be expensive. Just one night at Säm's camping can costs as little as 200 SEK/per night for 2 persons..

Here at Säm's Camping you can leave behind the hustle and bustle of the towns and cities and partake in the peaceful surroundings, breathe in the clean air where you will find yourself surrounded by forests, beautiful lakes and idyllic hamlets and villages.

Walk the old Pilgrim Trail
Follow the path from the camp site. The trail/route will take you on a 47km journey through villages and beside lakes. The hike can be enjoyed at your own pace and surrounded by stunning views.
